Although not in direct correlation with sexual and reproductive health (SRH), Angsamerahs main focus. Leah believes her role in public relations while interning at Angsamerah does have many links with women’s equality, rights and anti-violence against women. While at the clinic Leah enhanced her knowledge of the SRH issues in Indonesia.
She believes that Angsamerah’s vision, philosophies and core are imperative to educating and helping the community. And believes they have the ability to make a difference with these issues in Indonesia. Although her time with Angsamerah was only short she was able to experience their values first hand.
